In terms of the environment, that means the company bears responsibility for the sparing use of the planet’s resources and for maintaining an intact environment – for present and future generations.

Mitsubishi Fuso’s particular expertise lies in the design and production of hybrid vehicles. The company is Daimler Trucks’ worldwide competence center for hybrid electric vehicle technology development.

The company has also made significant progress in reducing CO2 emissions from its plants. Green procurement and recycling programs are also expanding.

Mitsubishi Fuso also produces the Aero Star Eco Hybrid city bus. Available in Japan, the buses uses a combination of diesel engine and electric motor to power the vehicle with optimal energy usage and low emissions.
