To accomplish this goal, we continuously train our mechanics team as well as our service and parts sales team throughout the year. As part of our special training, a “Service Contest” is held every year to improve the skills of our service teams. In this context the “Customer Service Contest 2017” took place with participants from the FUSO technician team and service and parts sales team - all in one to fulfill our customer’s satisfaction level at the highest.

From October 6th to 7th, Daimler Trucks Asia Customer Services Contest 2017 was held in Kitsuregawa Proving Ground in Tochigi, Japan. 24 teams of 72 branch staffs and mechanics along with 17 parts sales personnel who have been chosen from all over Japan competed each other. Both the Service and Parts contest consist of written and practical examinations. For the practical examinations, the branch staffs and mechanics worked together on the repair of a vehicle, while the parts sales personnel engaged in role-play simulating OtC sales talks and in a speech competition.
The winner in the Service is from Fuso SC Northern Japan Tohoku-Kitakanto team, while the winner in the Parts is from Fuso SC Western Japan Kyushu.
