Buses
1961: The MAR820 high-speed bus with an 8DB20AT turbocharged 290 ps engine was developed for use as route buses on the Meishin Expressway. Production began in 1962.

1963: The MAR870 was produced. This bus was designed for group tours and became the base for sight-seeing buses in later years.

1968: B906 buses were developed to coincide with the full opening of the Tomei Expressway.

1962: The MR430, a large route bus, was introduced as a response to severe rush hour traffic.

1962: The MB720 small-size bus, which shares the same chassis as the T720 Canter engine, was introduced.
 
Trucks
1963: The Original 2-ton cab-over-truck CANTER was unveiled.

1964: The T620 mid-size truck with a load capacity of 4 tons was introduced the year of the Tokyo Olympic games. It was explosively popular.

1966: As the economy grew in scale, the T910 truck with a load capacity of 11 tons was introduced.

1968: With complete opening of Tomei Expressway approaching, trucks with high transportation efficiency such as the T911Q full-scale trailer were introduced.

1969: The K1300 exhibited at this motor show was the largest model in the Fuso K Series and attracted significant attention.
