Tokyo, March 14, 2003—Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation announces that the following Board Member and Statutory Auditor were selected at an extraordinary meeting of Shareholders, and then approved at an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors both meetings being held on 10 March.
