MFTBC will exhibit a heavy-duty truck during the event, which is a part of the “Motor Sports Japan 2009 Festival in Odaiba” to be held in Tokyo in the same period.

AJAJ holds the annual event as a voluntary project to encourage traffic safety and to promote the safe co-existence of vehicle and people. This is the eighth year of the seminar.

MFTBC supports the objectives of the event, will provide a Super Great heavy-duty truck for activities including the programs “Experience How Bicycles and Passenger Cars are Seen from a Heavy-Duty Truck” and “Check Blind Corners of a Heavy-Duty Truck.”  The purpose of these programs is to provide participants with opportunities to actually sit in the driver’s seat of a heavy-duty truck, so that they can understand how people and objects are seen from a truck. The overall aim is to prevent accidents from happening.

Mr. Yasuo Kusakabe, Chairman of AJAJ says, “We would like to contribute to building a safe and secure transportation society by offering AJAJ’s perspectives on traffic safety to mothers and their children who carry the hope of the future.”
