Sales Center Tokai-Hokuriku Fuso Wins
“2012 Mitsubishi Fuso Mechanics Service Skills Contest”

Kawasaki - Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), one of Asia’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, today announced the Grand Champion, Sales Center Tokai-Hokuriku Fuso Team #2, for this year’s “2012 Mitsubishi Fuso Mechanics Service Skills Contest.” Total of 108 contestants from 36 teams, a team consisting of two mechanics and one front office staff, from around Japan, joined the annual contest held at the company’s facility in Kitsuregawa Proving Ground, Japan, on July 7, 2012.
The annual Mitsubishi Fuso Mechanics Service Skills Contest, involving an in-the-field trouble shooting and a written academic test, is aimed to support and strengthen the company’s after service value chain, and to overall enhance teamwork of its expert mechanics and the dealer front office.
“Through ‘Customer Number One in Japan,’ one of our 5 main goals under FUSO 2015, we strive to significantly enhance customer satisfaction not only through our high quality products, but also from trust-based sales and dependable service,” stresses Mr. Akio Suehiro, MFTBC Vice President and Head of Mitsubishi Fuso Sales Japan. “We want our service front to feel more encouraged to delivering quality experience for our customers and to become the leader in industry in terms of offering the best service accessibility, quality, and accuracy.”
