With his passion, experience, knowledge and record of achievement, I have every confidence that he is up to the task.”
Following Mr. Arya’s exit from Japan, the customer service and domestic sales operations at MFTBC will be merged into one new organization, and will be led by a Senior Vice President-level executive, who will be announced in the near future. This new, streamlined organizational structure will help provide even more efficient, impeccable and personalized services, as well as the highest quality parts and accessories, to all of MFTBC’s customers across Japan. International sales and customer services will be led by current MFTBC Senior Vice President Michael Kamper.
