in American Truck Dealers’ “Dealer Attitude Survey 2009”

Kawasaki - Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), one of Asia’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, today announced that it has received top rating in 2 categories in the American Truck Dealers’ “Dealer Attitude Survey 2009”. Overall, Mitsubishi Fuso was ranked 3rd in the Medium- and Heavy-Duty segment. Conducted annually to Medium- and Heavy-Duty new-truck dealers across the U.S., the Dealer Attitude Survey represents a comprehensive review of a brand’s positioning in 5 categories; Value, Marketing, Policy, Parts and People.

Top Rating in 2 Categories: Parts and People

In the Dealer Attitude Survey 2009, Mitsubishi Fuso was top-rated in 2 categories:


•  Parts: Parts pricing competitiveness and parts fill rate
•  People:     Ability of the brand’s field staff to assist in improving business
