Also open on SaturdaysService facilities will begin phasing in Saturday hours starting from March 1. 3. New business operation on SundaysFrom April 1, operation will start on Sundays at major service facilities (45 bases). 4. Enhancements to “EX Plan,” a new-vehicle guarantee extension serviceIn June 2007, MFTBC introduced the “EX Plan” which extends the new-vehicle guarantee period one year for medium-duty trucks/heavy-duty trucks that have taken regular inspection at MFTBC-affiliated dealers and regional dealerships. The new-vehicle guarantee used to be valid for one year after the registration, but this EX Plan offers another year before the next regular inspection. The guarantee service period is now extended at every drop-off for regular check every one year; general/regular parts can be guaranteed for three years at longest (before the third regular inspection) for free; and special parts for five years at longest (before the 5th regular inspection) for free. 5. Preventive Maintenance with MFTBC’s own check itemsBy implementing regular inspections and maintenance with MFTBC’s own check list, the company makes utmost efforts to support and secure our customers safe vehicle operation from the preventive maintenance perspective. |
