Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation
Names New Chief Financial Officer

Kawasaki, Japan - Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), one of Asia’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, today announced the appointment of Mr. Frank Markus Weber as Vice President of Finance & Controlling/Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Weber joins MFTBC from the Mercedes-Benz Cars division of Daimler AG, where he has been serving as Director of Finance.

Mr. Weber succeeds Mr. Matthias Gruendler, who will rotate to become to Head of Procurement for Daimler Trucks and Buses, based in Stuttgart, Germany. Mr. Gruendler has served as MFTBC’s CFO since September 2008.
