On October 4, Mitsubishi FUSO’s headquarters in Kawasaki opened its doors to employees, their families, affiliated company members, and local residents for FUSO Family Day 2026. More than 5,500 people visited the event throughout the day. Under the theme “Let’s exercise together,” the site transformed into a lively venue buzzing with energy and activity.
The day began with opening remarks on the central stage, setting a welcoming tone for the program ahead. An employee band, live performances, energetic dance acts, and a popular superhero captivated audiences, creating memorable moments shared by children, parents, and grandparents alike.
Moving Together: Activities for All Ages
Reflecting the “Let’s exercise together” theme, sports activities were woven into the event program. Participants could try long jump and grip strength challenges, while boccia offered an inclusive activity for guests of all ages and abilities.
Plant and Design Center tours provided insights into vehicle development and production, while test rides and a truck tug-of-war delivered memorable hands-on experiences.
Historical vehicle displays, disaster prevention exhibits, and health and wellbeing booths further enriched the program, showcasing FUSO’s commitment to innovation, safety, and community wellbeing.
The day also highlighted the company’s strong ties with the local community. Support from local organizations, along with exhibits, activities, and food trucks, helped create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors of all ages.
FUSO Family Day is an opportunity to thank the families and communities that support employees and strengthen the bonds that connect FUSO with the people around it.
FUSO will continue fostering these connections as it works toward a better future together with employees, their families, and local communities.
