Onboarding Process

Induction trainings will immediately be provided to ensure your smooth transition into your function.

Sales Staff

Mitsubishi FUSO Sales include new vehicle sales, service sales, and parts sales. There is a sales job where you can make use of various experiences.

In new vehicle sales, we consider the needs of our customers, who have a wide variety of things to transport and how to use them. We consider not only safety and functionality, but also environmental sustainability and the compliance with laws and regulations. We support our customers by proposing vehicle configurations individualized for their needs and deliver the best one for the customer.

The job of service sales is to support the total life cycle of a vehicle. In order to support the safe and secure operation by our customers, we propose regular vehicle inspections, and maintenance at authorized dealers. Service sales are required to play a leading role in contacting customers as a team, including the repair shop, by maintaining close customer relationships.

Parts sales is the job of providing the parts that are used to maintain the vehicle life cycle appropriately and promptly. We will determine the appropriate replacement time for regular replacement parts according to the customer’s usage situation. In addition, we propose appropriate automotive products according to various customers, and are responsible for the sales of safer, more economical, and more convenient vehicle uses.
